Retail Market Knowledge Exam This exam is an excellent tool for Tanglewood to use in marketing, management, and training positions, but not for the store associate position using this method will only properly score the promotion potential of the applicant, which statistically in line with the other options, therefore not making this a very effective alternative. Marshfield Customer Service Biodata Questionnaire and Essay This tool can be very effective tool in predicting the effectiveness of the sales associates. The only downfall is the fact potential employees may find the essay questions difficult to answer with possible lengthy answers and the questions responded to using the 5-point scale
