Unformatted text preview: How to Complete the Online Registration Process STEP 1: Visit www.recreation.ucla.edu/joinclubsports • Click the button that says “Register Online” to be taken to the online system. STEP 2: SIGN IN! • • The sign in button is located near the upper left corner of the screen. If you do not have a username and password, follow the instructions for creating an account on the main page. STEP 3: BROWSE COURSES • Click the “Browse Courses” near the upper left corner STEP 4: SELECT CURRENT QUARTER • Under “Quarter,” select the current quarter. Once registered, your registration is good through the summer quarter of the current academic year. STEP 5: SELECT CLUB SPORTS • Under “Course Groups,” select CLUB SPORTS, then the club that you would like to register for. Every participant must register for “Section (01)” and pay the associated administrative fee. “Section (02)” is optional and consists of the club dues – if enabled by the club. STEP 6: ADD TO CART • Check your name, which should automatically appear in the middle of the screen and click “Add to Cart (Register Now)” STEP 7: CHECKOUT PROCESS • • Complete the checkout process, including digitally read, understand and sign the waiver. Print a receipt. Once you have completed the online registration process, you’ll need to complete the following two steps before you are eligible to participate with your club: • • Complete the online participant orientation Create an Orgsync account and request to join the “organization” for your club sport. Once it has been verified that you successfully completed the entire registration process, your request will be approved.
