This is our last lab, and will serve as a summary of the entire class, to get you ready for the final exam. The
final exam will contain questions derived directly from this exercise. If you accomplish this lab and Lab 7, you
can pretty much cruise during finals weekend. We will exercise the following concepts:

 Calling library functions
 Writing our own functions
 Arrays
 Binary numbers

1. Solve the general quadratic equation

. Take a, b, and c as input from the user.
2. Ask the user for a maximum number, in the range 1 through 32,767. Return a random number in that range.
Hint:
You might want to use the builtin random number generator – rand() . You have to then include stdlib.h
