I’m like a lock box, nothing will come flyin’ outta this mouth any time soon - This quote I chose shows how a research paper can really be transformed into something that has no resemblance of a research paper at all. This quote is in the lingo that I would use with my friends, and it is very unscholarly, however, for the project, it worked perfectly. Ballet7878: of course you can tell me anything. I’m a lock box - This quote is like the one before, however I chose it because it has the “ballet7878:” format to it. Even if someone were to see this, they would know it was an aim conversation just due to the way it is written and by the way that it is formatted. For one instance, my family and I speak one language. My immediate family and I use words and phrases such as “piggy butter” and “taking out the box. - This quote was chosen to show how different lingo is used among different groups of people, and even though it is all English, some words still seem foreign because they are not recognizable to anyone else, except for those who know what it means.
