ARCHER TRIAL2§2-745:First Degree MurderFirst degree murder is the deliberate and premeditated unlawful killing of a human being. Deliberate defined as being done consciously and intentionally. Also including thee to be premeditation defined as the defendant deliberately reflected on the idea of killing, even if only for a brief period.§2-746:Second Degree MurderSecond degree murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Maliceaforethought is defined as the intentional killing or harm, which could distinguish unlawful killing from murder. Also know that it was premeditated.§2-747:Involuntary ManslaughterInvoluntary manslaughter is a killing which occurs as a result of an unreasonable failure to perceive the risk of harm to others, while engaging in conduct resulting in extreme danger to life or of serious bodily injury.§4-1213:Anti-Hazing/Gang Initiation StatuteA person commits criminal hazing if serious physical injury or death results, from an act or the direct influence of a gang or fraternity/sorority member during the initiation process.Now that we know the counts and elements of crime, we have six witnesses who will be testifying on the case, each one has their own opinion and belief whether Chris Archer the defendant committed the crime.
