English 112 4 Recourses Kellmann, Michael, and Konrad Wolfgang Kallus. Enhancing Recovery: Preventing Underperformance in Athletes . 1. Human Kinetics, 2002. Print. http://books.google.com/books?hl=en&lr=&id=Qp- This article starts to show how over working athletes can really do a lot of damage. This is very similar to other articles I have read in running magazines and other books that teach coaches how to train their athletes. It shows how the young are still developing and how by over training those when they are young will damage them for life. This will help me with how much damage comes from running. It lists all the problems and would help me in my overview for the entire essay. Stanitski, . "Common injuries in preadolescent and adolescent athletes. Recommendations for prevention." Pub Med.gov n. pag. Web. 29 Mar 2010.
