Explore the relationship between law and ethics and the tension between  individual and community ethics.    2. Describe several major ethical theories and differing beliefs about the  social responsibility of business.  3. Explain the concept of stakeholder relationships.  4. Discuss the facts behind some of the major business financial scandals of  the past five years, the major ethical failures involved, and the ramifications  of the actions of certain corporate insiders upon their corporation's  employees, shareholders, and the investing public.
