Based on our cross-price analysis above, we came up with the following recommendations: Focus on marketing strategic development. Adjusting prices accordingly. Provide more service package choices for consumer. Free first month trial for the premium service package. We can put more emphasis on marketing strategies in order to better market our company and our products. It would be always better off to choose the Nash Equilibrium if we could understand our competitors well enough. Think from their stand point of views to look at how we are going to react to their given situations. Business strategies are like game theories, every competitor wants to win the game in this competitive business environment. According to our other major competitors’ pricing ranges, we would also recommend Mozy to come up with several pricing tools.
