He wants to be able to record the following information about each item brought in to be repaired: Customer’s name Type of appliance Nature of problem Technician assigned Time to fix Parts required to repair the item, and their costs Date dropped off Date promised Date repaired Date picked up Cost of repair time He also wants to capture information and status about each repair order for later analysis and reporting, and also to facilitate producing claim tickets, management reports and management of customer orders (repair jobs).
