I think it was smart because you need to know your stuff before publicly starting a campaign for the whole world to see. 2. Was the eminent domain issue really worth all the time and effort expended by IJ? Yes, they really needed to get the word out there and start making a change. After the statistic came out that over 10,000 properties in 41 states were either threatened or taken by eminent domain for private use in just a 5-year time period that showed them they needed to do something. 3. What other options did IJ have in publicizing eminent domain?

Do you agree with IJs decision to keep going after losing its case in the Supreme Court? Yes, sometimes it takes people awhile to realize what is right and if you continue to try they will hopefully see. Each year their PR will grow bigger and have more support. 5. What further public relations activities can IJ adopt in fighting eminent domain? They can continue to inform the public on what is really going on. I think what really helps them is the statistics because it shows how much eminent domain is affecting people....
