Make an interpretation and draw conclusions. 2. Fact is a consensus explanation among the scientific community about a natural phenomenon, which is constantly being revised and is not unchanging. A hypothesis is a well formulated prediction of the outcome of an experiment based upon supporting fact or previous experimentation. Law is an experimental outcome that has not failed to be reproduced under controlled experimental conditions. Theory is a broad encompassing explanation for a body of converging knowledge, fact and law. 3. Does it predict a relevant and testable scientific inquiry that has yet to be verified? 4. Technology is the application of concepts, which have been experimentally validated by scientific methodology, for the purpose of developing man-made tools. Exercises
