DNA replication o Precise copying of the sequence of nucleotides in a DNA strand IN semi-conservative replication, each strand would give rise to a new strand In conservative replication the old double stranded DNA would b conserved In dispersive replication, the old strand would be cut up and the old pieces interspersed with new pieces. New subunits are added at the existing 3’ end – ONLY
