ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERSION Objective The object of this experiment was to learn the elements of an analog-to-digital converter and to utilize an analog-to-digital chip in the laboratory. For the purpose of this lab, the A/D converter chip ADC 0804 was used in a variety of settings. The results were seen on LED displays which indicated the output that resulted from the corresponding input setting.
