RACISM IN RELATION TO COVID 19 2 RACISM concerning COVID 19 Review on Emergency Preparedness To the rise of cases on the coronavirus, states are making an effort to set measures to help combat the virus as well as get the necessary preparedness on the pandemic. The major concentration is being directed to the emergency preparedness as it is being done by all agencies available. Despite the robust efforts by nations, racial discrimination tries to stand in as a hindrance factor. In the paper, we are to discuss all perspectives about both the virus and the issue of racism.
