Chapter 7 Summary Chapter 7: Multiple Forms, Modules, and Menus 7.1 Multiple Forms Concept: VB can use multiple forms. The first one is the startup, by default An existing form may be renamed using the solution explorer. Right click and select rename. To add a new form, click project then “add windows form” Removing a form is done by right clicking and deleting. The startup form is assigned by right clicking the project name, the properties and changing the startup form drop down. Forms are displayed using: Dim object variable as new classname Here we reviewed me.close() the standard method of closing the current form.

It consists of declaration and procedures that are accessed by other files. A module statement is Module ModuleName [Module contents] End Module To add a module, go to project>add module.
