Capital Punishment is the punishment used on criminals for first degree murders. This topic is very controversial. There are a lot of debates and issues such as cost, racial bias, technology, and religion. The debate for the death penalty supports their views with claims like its prevents people from committing crimes because they fear the death penalty.
