Specify job performance criteria Once you know what job entails, you can develop criteria o Performance o Attitudes o Satisfaction Key: in validation study you want to choose criteria that are potentially related to your predictor Choose predictors Predictors can be: o KSAO’s o Demographic information Ex: Gender, Nationality, Age o Methods Ex: Interview, Assessment Center Validate predictors
