Free exercise clause: Compelling state interest Government can intervene to save a child from harm or death, if the practice of the parents religious beliefs harms that child. Jehova Witnesses - Christian Scientists Time,place, and manner Government has the right to regulate. Skoki Vs. Nazi Party Illinois: In the 70s Jewish did not let Nazis march, but at the end the city of Skoki had to provide protection. Today we have more civil liberties than we ever had.
