Self Assessment Questions 1. I believe that there is a difference between learning and memorizing definitely. Learning is the key tool to success. Simply memorizing is limited and retained for short periods of time. When one learns it is more in that it is retained in your brain as a connection that can be accessed by simple materials that relate. 2. When I acquiring knowledge or learn new information I tend to transform the data into my own words and ideas to better comprehend the material. 3. The only way my answer would be modified would be by adopting a more proactive mind set in the way that when an individual studies they should be searching for meaning and understanding to new material and should generally be learning to connect these concepts to real life situations that may arise as well as problems that may be given in class. 4. When one forgets the name of a person after being introduced it generally mean that that person was not paying close enough attention. In my opinion it is not
