Mynda Songer EE 361-03 Shift Registers and Memories Experiment 5 Shift Register 1. For the shift register in shift-right mode, when a “1” is introduced into the right serial input, we get Pulse # Q A Q B Q C Q D 0 0 0 0 0 1 1 0 0 0 2 1 1 0 0 3 1 1 1 0 4 1 1 1 1 5 1 1 1 1 6 1 1 1 1 Where Q A , Q B , Q C and Q D are the LED’s as labeled on the circuit diagram, and a “1” indicates that the LED is on and a “0” indicates that the LED is off 2. When a “0” is introduced, we get Pulse # Q A Q B Q C Q D 0 1 1 1 1 1 0 1 1 1 2 0 0 1 1 3 0 0 0 1 4 0 0 0 0 5 0 0 0 0 6 0 0 0 0 With the same variable meanings as above.
