Appendix D Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Review the examples of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) characteristics found in the table below. In your own words describe at least three activities that represents each characteristic of a CRM plan; share of customer, lifetime value of a customer, customer equity or high-value customers. Characteristic CRM Activity Share of Customer A person that only buys Sony Electronic products because they like that brand. Someone who only watches action movies, so movie companies make movies towards those assemblies. A person that only goes to one type of grocery store and which prices may not be cheaper than other stores but is loyal to that store. Lifetime Value of Customer There is a friend of mines that will only buy Nissan cars because he and his father are lifetime buys of their cars, which puts him in a Nissan club that gives him discounts on products made by Nissan.
