Human Anatomy and Physiology Study II: Guide For Lecture Exam #1 Monday’s exam will be a LECTURE exam only. The lab practical has been postponed until Tuesday. The exam will cover chapters 12, 13 and 14 only. I will include on this study guide the pages and sections in the text you should study. Material in the PowerPoints, of course, are concepts emphasized. Also below are a series of questions which will help guide your study for the exam. Chapter 12 Text pages, Sections (Start at Overview of Nervous System Stop at Summation, facilitation and Coding, page 469). Use all PowerPoints : Nervous SystemI, Nervous System II. Questions: How is the Nervous System Organized? Know what does what on neuron. What is the CNS? THE PSN? Compare and Contrast Somatic with Autonamic How is the Autonomic Nervous System Subcatogorized? Name and describe the six types of GLIAL cells. Where are each found. Give functions.
