Deepika Kaushal 6B Prelab questions 1. If your Gram – rod is oxidase positive, it is in Group VI, if it’s oxidase negative, it’s in group VII. 2. If you have pink growth on a MacConkey plate, then you know your bacteria are gram negative and use lactose. In a TSIA test fermentation will be observed.
