When it comes to dimensions of business problems, there are three different dimensions that include organizations, technology and people. With organizational problems, you are looking at poor business processes, unsupportive culture, political in-fighting, and changes in the organization’s surrounding environment. An example of this would be putting a group of employees together in the same room and they choose to separate themselves and re-group with partners of their choice. The end result would be conflict in the workplace that the management team would be forced to deal with. When it comes to the technology problems, this includes having equipment that is too old and does not have updated software loaded. Also not have enough space in the database to add more information. With so many changes in technology today, it is important to stay on top of them to avoid having outdated equipment, hardware or software. The last dimension of business problems is people.
