HEED 300 November 9, 2011 Personal Wellness Project 1. My pre-change and post-change weeks for this Wellness Project were very different from each other. During the pre-change week it took a lot for me to start drinking milk because I guess I wasn’t use to drinking milk so often. Looking back, I see that I was making excuses to not drink milk; and it turns out I had every opportunity to have a glass but it seems I was in the mindset of: “I don’t feel like it. I will have a glass later.” However, during the post-week change it was very different. I was used to having a glass of milk in the morning, but at the same time I was getting burned out on it. Instead of drinking a glass a day I opted to stick to the “a glass every other day” goal. I know that drinking milk will help me to a healthier life down the road, and that’s why I am going to continue drinking it as much as I could. 2.
