We understand your concerns and will provide you with the legal assistance necessary to handle this matter. You informed us that Mr. Sinatra’s voice was used in a short segment as part of a six- hour television documentary about famous war films, once again, without your consent. The same statute §7.04-225 states that in the case of a documentary, a deceased personality’s image or work can be used without the consent of the estate. This includes any political or newsworthy value, or the advertisement for any of these works. We regret to inform you that the television documentary producers did not need to obtain
