Reapor 1 Vanessa Reapor Professor Johann English 134-55 4 March 2009 Baby Rectangle My day was never complete until I heard “Barney is a dinosaur from our imagination, and when he's tall, he's what we call a dinosaur sensation” blasting from the downstairs television. I always looked forward to seeing Baby Bop not just because she was the feminine green dinosaur, but we both had security blankets that we couldn’t live without. I didn’t necessarily have a “yellow blanky,” but instead I had a dark blue patterned rectangular baby pillow that was way cooler! However, my world turned upside down when an evil villain, my mom, threw that very pillow away, which forced me to face the challenges of reality. It all started when my Great-Aunt Nena, a retired seamstress, made me four pillows: a square, a circle, a triangle, and a rectangle to help me learn my shapes. The pattern of the pillows had a dark blue base with a splash of red that had designs of swirls, and big raindrops. I can’t remember why, but from all the pillows the rectangle
