Healthcare has become one of the largest industries within the U.S. over the past several decades. The amount of healthcare facilities has more than doubled as well as the staff to fill the positions. Unfortunately, many of the staff working within these facilities is only there for a paycheck rather than to care for the patients. Healthcare facilities in the U.S. will see a major increase in negative feedback of patient care if drastic measures of improvement are not made. What types of reoccurring issues do patients experience with healthcare professionals? Patients are more than just sick people. They are human beings that deserve the same respect and dignity as everyone else does. We see stories in the news; and hear stories from patients, family and friends every day. These stories seem to be along the same lines of many others. They experience disrespectful doctors, nurses and administrative staff each time they visit others....
