Competitive Society Germany specializes in many different industries. They stress perfectionism, education, and technological development. Since the end of World War II, the amount of students who enrolled in universities has tripled. Trade and technical schools in Germany are among the world’s best. Germany specializes in small and medium enterprises. There are about 1000 family-owned companies that are global market leaders in their segment. Also, Germany is the home of some the top global automobile brands, which include Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen. Along with great automobile production comes high demand for their products. The demand drives economic growth, innovation, and quality improvement. Germany dominates the world market in high-end and high-performance automobiles. Below is a list of Germany's most prized luxury automotive brands. 1. Mercedes-Benz (10th most valuable global brand - all sectors) 2. BMW (13th most valuable) 3. Volkswagen (54th most valuable)
