Many peoples idea is that Indian food takes a long time to make and it also involves the use of a lots of ingredient to make it delicious. There is no doubt that some of the dishes actually do take a long time and hard work but the truth is there are also a lots of Indian food which are very easy to cook. This dishes does not require a plenty of ingredients but has the ability to offer anyone the best taste of traditional Indian food. The very first dish that comes to my mind as a easy to cook Indian food id Potato Kabab. This is a very traditional North Indian and Bangladeshi item. The total time to prepare a serving for 4-5 people is only 20-25 minutes. The ingredients include medium size potato, garam masala paste, chili power, cumin powder.
