Reminders Relax, When doing drills on the back, be sure participants know how to gauge the distance to the wall to avoid striking their heads. Time Activity Key Words/Phrases Class Organization Housekeeping 2 Minutes Greeting and Welcome Attendance and having students retrieve kickboards. Hello and welcome children. Today we will be learning and performing Elementary Backstroke. Before we begin, I will need everyone to go over and grab a kickboard and pull buoy; then meet me in the pool.
