Business people are generally polite and easy going. The communication style in Canada is essentially pragmatic and relies on common sense. Mostly used to add emphasis and is not used much. Usually begin meetings with minimal small talk. Meetings are usually well organized and on schedule. Be prepared and make sure facts and figures are accurate.
