Abstract
Effective leadership is key to the success of any sector in real life as it makes sure that laid down
protocols are followed and hence attaining set goals. Transformational leadership in the
organization is defined as the process of leadership that heightens the consciousness of collective
interest among the organization and helping to attain collective goals. The aim of this paper is to
highlight the various need of Transformational leadership within the organization. Secondly,
exploring ways that the leaders interact with their workers. Thirdly, the paper seeks to identify
processes that are taken while making various changes within the organization. Further, there
will be an explanation of how those changes are incorporated and executed without interfering
with the normal running of activities within the organization.

Transformational leadership in the organization
Every organization has a dream and objectives of betterment, improvement, and a
successful future. Unfortunately, this might remain to be a dream if sufficient measures of
driving those dreams to reality are not taken. Hence is upon the management to come up with
practical steps and actions to make sure that dreams or organizations are attained. In this case,
transformational leadership is key to the success or failure of any organization as it affects every
decision that is taken within the management. Transformational leadership is defined as the style
of leadership, which aims at heightening consciousness of collective interest among the
organizations' members while at the same time assisting them in attaining the set objectives
(Banks et al., 2016). Transformational leadership seeks to create an emotional connection with its
followers and inspires higher values. There should be effective leadership, which is able to come
up with a sound decision that favors everyone within the organization. Therefore, this paper
seeks to explore more on the relationship within the organization, how changes are conducted,
and the execution of those changes.
The creation of a high-performance workforce within the organization is not an
exception, and its importance continues to increase in every organization. Therefore, this is a
great call for every leader to be in a position to inspire organizational members, which enables
them to go beyond their routine task requirements (Banks et al., 2016). Due to that, there is the
emergence of new concepts of leadership, which enhance good cooperation in the organization
