Unformatted text preview: How do you think a person of a different gender or different ethnicity might react differently to this same situation? It appears to me that the woman both surprised and scared. I think her first thought is that the man in the shadows might cause her harm. I also think she seems confused, almost as if she doesn't know what to do. I do not think that ethnicity would matter in a situation such as this one. I think any woman would be worried or feel insecure in such a situation. However, the opposite gender might react differently. If it was a male in the picture, I think he may not be as worried as the woman is. If the male was to worry, I do not think he would show it so visibly. I guess it all depends on the type of situation you are in, for example if you are in a bad neighborhood, or this person in the shadows keeps popping up in different areas. Men are more relaxed in these situations then women....
