Kazakhstan Today- From 1 January 2011 in Kazakhstan will be banned from import and production of cars that do not meet environmental standards Euro-3, citing the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. As the press service from January 1, 2011 will be introduced requirements for motor vehicles on emissions of harmful substances. "In accordance with the technical regulation" Requirements for emissions of harmful substances (pollutants) vehicles produced in the circulation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 December 2007, the territory from 1 January 2011 introduce requirements for motor vehicles emissions of harmful substances in accordance with Environmental Phase-3 (Euro-3), "- said in a statement. "From that date, importation and manufacture of motor vehicles that do not meet these requirements will be denied. It has operated in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan cars to the requirements of the environmental phase - 3 do not fall, and therefore will be used until complete wear," - explained in the message .
