This is a CLOSED BOOKS and CLOSED NOTES exam.

There is only one correct answer to each question.
5.
Turn off and put away all phones and other electronic devices.

Calculators that cannot be used to send or receive messages are allowed.
7.
If extra paper is needed, use back of test pages.
8.
Cheating in this exam will result in an F in the course and referral to the Dean of Students for
disciplinary action.

test form will be considered one form of cheating.
