I would like to let you know that we have made some changes for courses in 2011-2012. You probably noticed that we are offering QM1 PHY4604 in both semesters since last year. We also moved Optics PHY4550 from Spring to Fall to make more balanced options for the electives. Therefore, Optics will not be offered in Spring. This year we will not offer Cryogenics PHZ4390 . Intro to Solid State Physics PHY4950 and Intro to Biophysics PHZ4710 will be open in Spring 2012. Meet your advisor regularly!
