Overview The Cleveland Browns host eight home games throughout the year at The Cleveland Browns Stadium, located in Cleveland Ohio. This document is an analysis of the precautions of risk in there upcoming game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Browns want set up a great atmosphere for the fans to get the most enjoyment out of the event. The risk management plan will include an overview of the stadium, emergency medical plan, parking, risk category matrix, checklist of various risks, information on handicapped and ADA accessibility and an evacuation plan. Browns want to be known as having one of the safest facilities in the NFL, which this plan will help execute. The Cleveland Browns Stadiums holds over 73,200 seating capacity, which includes 8,801 club seats, 10,644 bleacher seats and 142 luxury suites. Played on the same site as Cleveland Municipal Stadium from 1946 to 1995. Cleveland Browns Stadium was built by HOK Sports Facilities Groups and was completed in August 1999. There are many different aspects to the stadiums, which include 41 women’s, 32 men’s, and 12 family rest rooms. The facility covers 1.6 million square feet. Cleveland Browns stadium has also hosted many other events such as U.S. National Soccer Games, Ohio State football games, and various concerts. 2

Emergency Medical Plan There are many different things that could go wrong at a Cleveland Browns game, from drunken fans being ruthless, to a fan falling and being seriously injured. Medical emergencies are unforeseen, and can be a scary situation for those involved. The Browns include a few different ways that fans can handle medical emergencies on their website that we have included in our risk management plan. The Browns have developed a plan that is very easy and simple to understand for fans. One of the things that the Browns have included on game days is being able to place an anonymous call to a phone number given throughout the game. This situation is
