Active people have increased physical and psychological benefits and less likelihood of developing arthritis or Osteoporosis. Also important in maintaining optimal bone and joint health is consuming a diet rich in calcium and Vitamin D. Avoid smoking and limit your caffeine and alcohol consumption to further ensure your bones and joints remain strong.
