Introduction With more than so many Americans being uninsured to the tune of over 45 million there is no wonder that there is lots of debate of how to best ensure that all receive health coverage. The debate is rather to mandate that all Americans purchase health coverage, the affordability of it and the belief if they need it. There are other issues that surround the debate also that includes how much individuals should be made to pay if anything at all, who should pay, and how much coverage is needed. The article review below goes on to discuss in more detail the debate. Overview The article goes on to discuss a Rand study that took a look at insurance premiums and the more than 45 million uninsured Americans. The study was completed just in time as talks began to fly about how to best cover the uninsured. The article makes a good point. When it goes on to explain that even if insurance premiums were cut down by as much as fifty percent that it still wouldn’t make a big difference when it comes to increasing the number of those
