3 Communication and Collaboration Strategy Abstract People come in different shapes and sizes, and they process information in many different ways. There are different learning styles and personality types and determining some of these traits and understanding how a person utilizes them will be the key to communicating and interacting successfully with them. We will identify some of these learning styles and discuss how they affect people with certain personality types. We will also discuss strategies to associate certain personality types with different learning styles to achieve great communication and collaboration.

4 Communication and Collaboration Strategy Success in life and the business world is not always an individual accomplishment. There will be times when we have to work with others whether they are family members, business associates or classmates. How successful we are with this endeavor will depend on our understanding of different personality types and learning styles so that we can communicate as well as collaborate with people that affect our lives. People have distinct personalities and learning traits so it is important that we identify them so that we can better understand how to communicate and work with them to accomplish our goals.
