Group Incentives 2 Group Incentives The following are our individual scores for the Group Motivation Inventory questionnaire: Lorenzo Dickson: Score- 122 Darrell Smith: Score- 116 Denise Bims: Score- 112 Christy Turner: Score- 97 Eddie Baez: Score- 110 Based on the individual scores above, we are all highly motivated and have expectations of high achievement for our team. This level of motivation enhances our productivity and satisfaction individually and as a team. Not only are we satisfied with our teamwork, but also with one another as team members. Our team collaborates well, usually makes timely or effective progress, and performs well. We share a common goal of obtaining our degree. We are focused on making the highest grade in each class. Like most teams, our team consists of diverse personalities. We have mutual and different motivators, mostly intrinsic. Although our
