However, coming to lectures is a very good idea. The lectures show both the material and the emphasis of the instructor. Students are responsible for knowing everything that was said and done during lectures, so make sure to check with your class mates if you have been absent. Homework is optional . However, it is a really good idea to do since on-time homework contributes to the final grade and since exam questions are typically of the same flavor as the homework. All exams are mandatory ; i.e., you must attend all exams on time in order to pass the course....
