IntroductionRiverside community is the birthplace of the growing California industry and a location where the largest mission revival building of the United States is located. The population in the city is approximately 319000 with a population density of about 3900 people living in each square mile.The median age of residents in the city cover 32.1% of the population compared to the entire California. Close to 30.6% of the people in the city are married with no children, 10.8% are divorced and serve as single parents while 18% have children in their marriage. The rest 45.6% are children and students .In terms of race, whites occupy a larger percentage of 76.6% followed by the blacks 7.3% while the rest are from different races such as Latinos, Indians, Asians and Hispanics. The economy of the city takes approximately 284 thousand people (McColl, 2017) living in housing units. The main social activities that take place in the city in the city consist of proving personal assistance and health care, educational services, and retail trade. The highest paying sectors include the public administration, utilities, technical and services as well as professional services. The median income in MD is $47,131 with that of the male gender accounting for 1.23 while females receive less making them more dependent on men. In responseto the income inequality issue in the city, it is at 0.461 a figure which is lower compared to the national average. The households in the city account for a lower median annual income compared to the total amount earned by the US which is approximately $60,336 (Mode, Evans &Zonderman, 2016). As a result, about 22.4% of the residents live below the poverty line due to income disparities in the region.
