Executive Summary This report contains the information of cost-volume-profit analysis of a well known restaurant Chaap Ghor. Chaap Ghor is one of the most old restaurant for chaps in Dhaka city. They are famous for their three different types of chap- Beef, Chicken and Mutton. It was established on 2013,started with five stuffs and now they gave almost 25 stuffs. All of their stuffs are highly trained and the environment of the restaurant is enjoyable. Stuffs are motivated and they work on two shifts. Satisfaction of customers are their primary target. The data that we have used are provided by one of the owner of this Restaurant. So, the accuracy of the data can be assured for making the report. 2
