H A P P Y Historical Context Audience Purpose Point of View (POV) Why It Matters The source was created on February 6,1788 in the state of New York. The different federalists were written based on the article of confederation the main change is having a stronger government and the structures used to keep one government from being too powerful. The intended audience for federalist No.51 are those who live in the U.S and members of the different branch of governments. It is reflecting especially the citizens of the United States so they’ll know their rights and how they also have powers over the branches of governments specifically congress. James Madison wrote federalist No.51 in hopes of creating a stronger government and still limit their powers. He was able to regulate each branch of governments responsibilities by using check and balance so that they all could check others. The source reflected his purpose based on the structure now. Each branch of government is separated by their powers and like a cycle, check each other James Madison is the fourth president of the United States who also wrote the bill of rights. His political beliefs may be the reason why he wrote the federalist No.51 because all that he's written were done out of the interests of the people. It reflects his character as someone who believes in rights & organization of the form of government in the US. The history, the rights of the citizens, purpose, and the POV of James Madison all reflect why he wrote this source. A Federalist allowed me to learn directly from his work with his exact words which I was able to form my own opinion instead of hearing it from someone else who could have switched his words around. The source would especially matter again to the citizens of
if they do not agree on something. the United States because it give them a reassurance that they’re not living in Anarchy and they have no say in any government related activities.
