Feb 11, 2008 The Composition of the Homeric Hymn to Demeter Eleusis and the Hymn to Demeter 1. Origins of the Eleusis Demeter Cult Hymns are linked to specific place and circumstances. Head priests of mysterious Demeter are in the town of Illusive. The house hold cult of the king was originated in the Bronze Age.
