Whenever people say they are having a bad day, it just reflects their state of emotion. People go through all different emotions every day, which is normal. These emotions change the outlook they have on events that happen to them. Events can turn into something different based on the state people are in. A serious topic about personal health is death. Whenever a death happens in someones life, the way they look at most things are completely different. When a friend of mine died in high school, my whole view on life changed. Every time I got a great opportunity to do something I would not normally do, I took it and enjoyed it. I appreciated the little things more than ever before.
