Nobel v. Bradford Marine, Inc 789 F. Supp. 395 (1992) Fact: Operative Facts: Fire spewed from Bradford’s (the company) boat. It set Noble’s and Muir’s boat on fire, destroying those vessels. Over 30 days after the original complaint was filed, Bradford tried to remove it by adding another party (Prime time) into the lawsuit, amending it.
