MAE 184 – CLOCK  TEAM PROJECT INTRODUCTION For this project we will break up the class  into teams of 3 engineers.  We will study  the workings of a pendulum clock similar  to those that have been around for the past  three centuries, then we will do some  reverse engineering and technical  upgrading to design an electro-mechanical  clock utilizing a synchronous electric  motor.
